Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of IT experience
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Experience as a development/business analyst eliciting requirements from business stakeholders
Project management experience
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
Pega Systems Business Architect (CBA) certification
Experience in technical projects on enterprise-impacting projects
Strong Pega skills with the ability to articulate functional requirements
SCRUM Master Certification
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish

Desirable Requirements

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of JIRA
Working knowledge of Clarity
