🧠 Must-Have Skills
✅ 8+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer
✅ 2+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
✅ Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver results
✅ Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET 6+, ASP.NET, .NET Core
✅ Proficient in React.js
✅ Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
✅ Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
💡 Nice-to-Haves
Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
Knowledge of NoSQL databases
Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments
