Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in automation, intelligent document processing, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA (preferably with UiPath), scripting, DevOps practices, and system administration. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems and automation solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Candidate will need to work with global teams, different cultures (BR, BKK, India & Houston).
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Intelligent Document Processing
• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath (preferred).
• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows to streamline document handling and data extraction.
Infrastructure & Cloud Systems
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to set up and maintain virtual environments for development, testing, and production.
• Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
DevOps & Scripting
• Utilize GitHub for version control and scripting automation.
• Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., Office 2016 removal).
• Support product lifecycle management through automation and monitoring.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Collect and analyze system usage and performance metrics.
• Create dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to support decision-making and operational oversight.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and wikis.
• Validate MSP operational activities and ensure compliance with change management procedures.
• Implement updates and modifications following formal protocols to minimize risk.

Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years in RPA, IDP, cloud infrastructure, and scripting.
• Tools & Technologies: UiPath, AWS/Azure, GitHub, Power BI, scripting languages.
• Certifications: AZ-900 (nice to have).
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency.

Agile Knowledge
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver iterative improvements.
